Why This Matters
CPR training saves lives. Yet many people can't afford certification. By taking a class with us, you're not just getting trained, you're creating access for your neighbors.
More trained people in our community means more potential responders.
When someone collapses in a public space, a neighbor with CPR training can step in and save a life while waiting for 911. Every trained person increases the odds someone survives.
CPR certification opens employment doors. Healthcare, childcare, education, security, and many other fields require this credential. Some of our neighbors need this training to get or keep a job, but can't afford the cost. We remove that barrier.
Access to life-saving skills shouldn't depend on income. By funding free community classes, we ensure every person in West Washington can get trained, regardless of their ability to pay. That's what community resilience looks like.
