When the flood hit, nobody called, I just went.
In 2021, during a significant flood in Washington State, I loaded my car with medical supplies I purchased out of my own pocket and drove toward a community that needed help. No organization behind me. No official role. Just the belief that someone had to show up, and a willingness to stand in the rain until the job was done. A few community members noticed and came to help. Strangers became a team that day because one person decided to show up. That moment never left me.

What I witnessed was something that stayed with me just as long, the chaos of information. Families scrambling through Facebook groups, trying to find out if roads were passable, if their loved ones were okay, if help was coming and no central place to look. No one accountable for getting clear, honest information to the people who needed it most. KB Tenacious Emergency Support Foundation was built to solve that problem, and your support is what keeps us in the field.

Your support funds real-world readiness and community help. Typical uses include:
